By signing this agreement, you (“Client”) agree to retain Ana Sofia Santana (“Service Provider”) to proceed with consultancy services for your online business, to create, improve or correct errors on your business systems or automations, and/or create, improve or correct your brand’s email marketing services, and/or create, improve or correct marketing and sales automations or funnels necessary for the smooth running of the business, or any other tasks that are necessary and previously agreed upon after completing the documents inherent to the for a VIP Day, VIP Intensive or VIP Half Day (existing clients only) and agree to the conditions outlined in this Service Agreement.
During aVIP Day, the Service Provider agrees to devote up to 24 hours turnaround on assignments to be determined by Client, as well as 1 hour for a pre-intensive kick-off call, 1 hour for post-intensive revisions and 30 days of post-intensive email and messaging support through WhatsApp or Telegram, between the hours of 10 AM – 5 PM WEST on weekdays.
Work will be performed at the offices of Service Provider, but occasionally may take place at other locations, as required. Work priority and scheduling will be at the discretion of Client. Work will normally occur between the hours of 10 AM – 5 PM WEST on weekdays.
During the30 days of post-intensive support, the Client will be able to email or message Service Provider with any questions or concerns about the work that was performed during the intensive, and will receive a reply via email, message or video tutorials.
Please note: This support period does not include additional work providing consultancy or mentoring services beyond what was done during the vip day. If the Client has additional work that needs to be performed, Client will have the option to book another vip day or a vip half day.
VIP Day Intensives are either a series of VIP Days or a combination of VIP Days and VIP Half Days, depending on the nature of the work that needs to be completed and at the discretion of the Service Provider.
VIP Intensives of 2 or 3 days include a 60-minute pre-VIP Intensive Strategy Call per each day booked with the Service Provider at the dates agreed with the Client and the Service Provider (the last call must be scheduled no later than 5 days before the start of the VIP Days). VIP Intensives of longer duration will be negotiated at the time of enquiry.
VIP Half Days are only available to existing Clients as part of a VIP Day or VIP Intensive package, to build on completed work or as a Retainer Agreement. During a VIP Half Day, the Service Provider agrees to devote 4 hours to assignments determined by the Client and 30 minutes for a pre-VIP Half Day Strategy Call.
Paymentfor the VIP Day will be made to the Service Provider at the Beta rate of $800 (usually $1000, that’s a 20% discount), and for the VIP Half Day at the Beta rate of $450 (usually $550, that’s a 19% discount). The cost of intensive VIP Days of varying duration will be calculated on the date of the enquiry, and will be based on the above numbers.
A 50% deposit for VIP Days and VIP Days Intensives is required at the time of booking, and full payment is required for VIP Half Days and other services. The final 50% payment is required the day after the completed VIP Day or VIP Intensive.
Services in addition to the intensive will be made available by Service Provider at the current daily or half-date rate, and will be billed separately. Any expenses exclusive of normal overhead are not included in this agreement and will be billed separately.
Examples of such expenses are: domain registrations, website hosting accounts and monthly or annual fees for applications or tools that are necessary for carrying out the agreed work.
The results of any and all work performed by Service Provider for Client, including original creative work, will remain the property of the Client. The Client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate.
The Client understands that any written statements, images, audio recordings or video recordings of Client while participating in the intensive and made on behalf of the Service Provider may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting the Service Provider. Client authorizes the Service Provider to use their name, brief biographical information, and the written or recorded statements.
Disclaimer:
The result of the work done on the VIP Day, VIP Days Intensive or VIP Half Day depends on the Client ability to timely deliver the pre-work and feedback, and how accurate that pre-work is.
The Client will be requested to list all their needs in order of priority, and these items will be completed in order according to the Client’s wishes. These details will be discussed at the pre-VIP Day Strategy Call.
This purchase is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date or service with 7-days prior written notice.
The Client’s deposit is valid for 90 days, and must be used within that time frame. In the event the intensive fails to occur within 90 days, or the Client fails to request a new date at least 7 days prior to their booked appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and the intensive will be terminated. If the Client wishes to reschedule beyond 90 days, the original deposit may, at the Service Provider’s discretion, be applied to a new booking at the current intensive rate, which may or may not be higher than the original booking rate.
