Case Study VIP Days: Carla Madaíl – Touch Your Soul

The challenge presented by Carla Madaíl was, in essence, to abandon a website that was already several years old and had many structural problems that made it very difficult to use and maintain, and to create a new website with a new design and organization, and a different scheduling system.

She also wanted to place her courses on a separate course platform and implement all the necessary automation and integrations so that the entire process of scheduling, payment, billing, and student integration into courses would be automatic.

Basically, in addition to being attractive, the website had to be functional and a key tool in Touch Your Soul’s business, so that Carla could free up her time for other higher-level tasks in the business.

This was a two-phase project, with each phase having a different number of VIP Days depending on the work to be done.

Phase 1: Building a New Website for the Touch Your Soul Project

In just three VIP Days, I transformed Touch Your Soul’s website into a functional, optimized space aligned with the brand’s identity. From design to technical integrations, including the store and booking system, every detail was crafted to bring ease to the business and confidence to the client.

After several frustrating experiences with other professionals, I finally found in Ana someone who understood “between the lines” what I truly wanted, without me having to explain everything in detail. I always felt empathy, clarity, and speed, with immediate solutions to every concern — even when I didn’t know what I wanted myself. Working with Ana gave me lightness, confidence, and peace of mind. I gained not only a complete and functional website but also a partner I know I can trust, and I consider her today a fundamental part of my business.

At the end of the first phase, Carla had a website ready, with appointment scheduling, payments, connection to an email marketing platform, automated billing, and order management. The website was ready to launch, but it would only be launched once all courses had been transferred to the new course platform and all course-related links had been made.

In the period following VIP Days support, minor adjustments were made to the work carried out, and step-by-step guides were recorded so that Carla could manage her website independently.

In addition to the email appointment reminders that had already been set up during the VIP Days, the process of integrating the scheduling plugin with the official WhatsApp API was continued so that Carla’s clients could also receive their appointment reminders via WhatsApp.

Phase 2: Configuration of the Course Platform, Integrations, Automations, and Launch of the entire Infrastructure

In the second phase of the Touch Your Soul project, which continued for another VIP day and a half, I reorganized the entire digital infrastructure: migrated the old website, imported all the clients, set up new courses, and built advanced automations across WooCommerce, MailerLite, Systeme.io, and Pabbly Connect. The result was a fully integrated, functional, and automated system, ready to scale.

I love working with Ana. She can read my mind and implement exactly what I want. She is a brilliant professional, and I was very happy with the website built in record time. In such a lonely entrepreneurial journey, it’s comforting to have professionals like her I can truly rely on.

At this stage, in addition to setting up the course platform and configuring the three courses that Carla wanted to have ready on launch day, all the connections between the website, the payment and billing system, the course platform, and the email marketing platform were made so that all processes, from customer payment to onboarding and delivery, were automated.

It was also at this stage that the website was put in its final place, and the final preparations for the launch were made, such as the integration of the website with Google and Meta platforms, security system configurations, etc.

In the following 30 days, all the details that had been detected in the meantime were corrected, and extra videos were recorded so that the entire process would be documented and the final result would be fully understood by the client, not only in its design but also in its post-project use.

Conclusion

Carla was looking for a solution that would bring clarity, structure, and confidence to her digital business through a functional website and systems that could support the growth of her brand. Over the course of two project phases, we worked side by side to transform her ideas and needs into solid digital structures — intuitive and aligned with her identity. The goal was always to simplify processes, ease the anxiety around the technical side, and create an online presence that reflected professionalism and lightness.

In the end, the result was much more than a renewed website: I delivered a fluid digital ecosystem, ready to grow sustainably, that gave her peace of mind in her daily work. Carla gained not only a cohesive online space ready to welcome clients but also the confidence of having someone by her side capable of turning challenges into practical solutions. This project showed how strategy, design, and efficiency can come together to build a digital business that works with ease and security.

It was a project that gave me immense pleasure, not only because of the challenges I faced, but also because of the fluid way in which I worked with Carla throughout the process.
