FOR COACHES AND HEALERS WHO ARE TIRED OF BEING THEIR OWN TECH TEAM
Your systems should run your business.
Not the other way around.

Most coaches walk away with three things they can act on immediately. Whether we work together or not.
30 years of systems experience. The last six and a half spent almost exclusively with coaches and healers.
I work with a maximum of 3 new clients per month.
Business automation and systems design for coaches and healers.
“I’ll set that up properly next month.”
“I just need to figure out this one tool.”
“It’s fine, I can do it manually for now.”
You’ve said at least one of these. More than once.
Meanwhile, your business runs, but you’re running it.
- Every new lead needs a manual follow-up.
- Every new client means reconfiguring something.
- Every week, you spend hours on things that could handle themselves.
You didn’t become a coach to manage tech.
What would it feel like to open your laptop on Monday and find it already handled?
That’s not a pipe dream. That’s a system.
How much time are you spending on things a system could handle for you?

I've been in both rooms.
I spent years as a therapist before I spent years building systems for businesses like yours.
That combination is unusual.
Most automation specialists know the tools, but not the person using them. They’ve never sat with someone managing clients, holding space, doing the real work, while also being responsible for every invoice, every follow-up, every onboarding email.
I have. And then I automated it.
I'm Ana Sofia, Systems & Automation Architect.
I’ve been building and automating systems since 1998, before most of the tools people argue about today even existed.
After university, I spent two decades in corporate IT: high-stakes environments where systems had to work, no excuses, no workarounds.
That’s where I learned what stable infrastructure actually looks like, until, like many of you, I chose work that left room for the rest of life.
Then a therapy practice, where I applied everything I knew about technology to my own business from day one.
I watched coaches and healers around me struggle with the exact same problems I’d already solved. So I made the shift, and for the past six and a half years, I’ve worked exclusively with them.
The corporate years built the rigour. The therapy practice gave me the context.
I work with a maximum of 3 new clients per month.

When I look at your business, I’m not just seeing disconnected tools. I’m seeing the choices you made when you were too busy with clients to set things up properly.
I’m seeing the workarounds that made sense at 2pm on a Tuesday when you had a session in five minutes.
I’ve seen this pattern hundreds of times. I know how to fix it.
Not with more tools. Not with AI hype. With a system that runs regardless of which platform survives next year.
A system that works. While you focus on helping your people.
What my clients are saying
Here’s what other visionary entrepreneurs have said after working with me…

What is the Aligned Automation Framework?
It’s a structured 4-phase engagement. We go from ‘I have no idea what’s actually running in my business’ to ‘I have a system I understand, I trust, and that works without me.’
Four phases. One clear result. You own it at the end.
How it works
Phase 1 - Audit
We map your entire digital ecosystem - what you have, what you're paying for, what's working, and what's quietly costing you time - so that you see your business from the outside for the first time and finally know what to fix.
Phase 2 - Corrections
Before building anything new, we fix what's broken. Disconnected tools, manual steps that shouldn't exist, gaps in your client journey. This phase alone saves most clients 3-5 hours a week.
Phase 3 - Implementation
We build one core workflow together. The one that matters most, whether that's lead qualification, client onboarding, or session follow-up. Built properly. Documented. Tested.
Phase 4 - Handoff
You get everything you need to own it - templates, video walkthroughs, and a 30-day support window, so that when I leave, nothing leaves with me.
What you walk away with
- A complete map of your digital ecosystem - yours to keep
- A cleaned-up, connected set of tools - no more manual bridges
- One fully automated workflow, live and tested
- Documentation in plain language - no tech dependency
- 30 days of support after handoff
Not sure what you need? That’s OK 😊

This is for you if...
You’re a coach or healer. You have clients, you have tools, and somewhere in between there’s a gap you’re filling manually, every single week.
You’re not looking for a course. You’re not looking for a template. You want someone to look at your actual business and fix it.
You want to stop being the system.
This is not for you if...
You’re just getting started and have nothing to automate yet. Or you’re looking for a generic AI tools overview. Come back when you have clients and processes, there’ll be more to work with.
I work with a maximum of 3 new clients per month.

Not ready to book a call yet?
Start by mapping what you actually have.
The Digital Ecosystem Map is a free visual template that shows you exactly which tools you’re using, how they connect, and where the gaps are. It takes 30 minutes to fill in. It’s the first thing I look at in every client project.
What this looks like in practice
Lourdes Monteiro runs a career mentoring program. Four times a year, 30-40 people apply for each intake. Before we worked together, every application was reviewed manually.
Lourdes analyzed each one individually and sent personalized feedback. Her assistant handled all follow-up by email and phone.
As the program grew, the process collapsed under its own weight. Reviewing applications was consuming the time she needed to run the program.
We built an AI-powered qualification system trained on 9+ months of Lourdes’s own recorded decisions. Her criteria, her reasoning, her voice. Every new application is now scored before Lourdes sees it. She sends personal responses only to pre-qualified candidates.
Everything else runs automatically.
That’s 10+ hours returned to her, every cycle – four times a year.
It's become a must-have. Every person who reaches out gets a response aligned with what they need, and with our brand.
Wondering if this really works?

What happens next
There’s no pricing page. No checkout button. No ‘pick a package.’
The Aligned Automation Framework is available by application. We start with a 20-minute Tech Clarity Call, to look at what’s actually happening in your business and whether I can help.
Most people leave that call with two or three things they can fix immediately. Whether we work together or not.
I work with a maximum of 3 new clients per month.
Questions people usually ask
What tools do you use?
Whatever makes sense for your business. I've been integrating systems since before most automation platforms existed: n8n, Make, Pabbly, Zapier, custom APIs, and plenty of tools that no longer exist. The platform changes. The methodology stays.
How much does it cost?
Pricing comes up on the call, once I understand what you actually need. Most clients invest between $1,500 and $3,000 depending on scope.
The call is free. No commitment required, just show up honest about what's happening in your business.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to be willing to understand what's happening. Everything is documented in plain language so you're not dependent on me to keep things running.
How long does it take?
Typically 4-6 weeks, depending on your current setup.
What if my tech situation is a complete mess?
That's exactly who this is for. A mess is just an unmapped system. We start with the audit, and it becomes a lot less scary once it's on paper.
What if it breaks after you leave?
That's what the 30-day support window is for. The goal is that you understand your system well enough to maintain it, or brief someone else who can.
We can also discuss maintenance retainers once the 30 days are up.
One call. That's all.

Most coaches leave knowing exactly what to fix first. That alone is worth the 20 minutes.
