Who is Ana Sofia?

Hi, I’m Ana Sofia, and I can’t spend a day away from home without carrying a bag of books, a notebook, and my iPad 😅

When I’m not mentoring, consulting, or working one-to-one with clients, I read, study, practice yoga, or sit at my piano.

I began my career in 1998 with a degree in Computer Science. Since then, I have stepped into many different areas of the online world – digital marketing, business operations, and automation.

For twenty years, you would find me behind a screen in large financial and tech corporations. Headphones on. Focus sharp. Fingers typing furiously.

I was always a systems analyst (the nerd of the family), and that part of me never went away.

Then life shifted

I became a mother, and everything changed.

The long hours, the heavy commutes, and the constant exhaustion no longer fit the life I had dreamed about for me and my family.

I stepped away and spent years as a holistic practitioner. Bread baker (yes, it’s true), artisan, and workshop facilitator. I became a Reiki, Saint Germain flower essences, and crystal therapy Practitioner, and more.

But the truth is…

I missed technology.
I missed structure.
I missed the magic that happens when systems support transformation.

So, I returned, but on my own terms.
